Hi, our names are Kalista and Ronald. We live 10 minutes East of Wainwright, Alberta with our two kids and husky pack. Our days consist of spending times with the dogs and kids, or toting our kids to their various activities. In the summer we like to spend time having fires in our yard and hanging out with our kids and friends. Winters are usually filled with dog sledding, hockey, hockey and more hockey or Catan game nights or playing with the dogs. Kalista is originally from the USA and Ronald is originally from Wainwright, so we tend to travel from Alberta back to the United States, making USA deliveries easy. We met in college while Ronald was in Iowa playing College hockey and Kalista was studying for her Secondary History Education Degree and you could say the rest is history. Kalista always had a love for the Siberian Husky breed, and when we got our first girl, Mia, it was a done deal Ronald was sold and this breed was meant to be our dream breed. We decided to breed our dogs, to continue the wonderful lines and temperaments of our dogs.
Our goal is to provide every new owner with a well rounded puppy, this takes place in us doing many different things for each puppy and new family. On Day 1 we begin to handle each puppy. Day 3 comes and we begin the puppy with early neuro-stimulation, which gets them used to different textures and feelings. From Week 1-Week 8 the puppies have their nails trimmed along with baths at 6 weeks and the day of going home. We utilize Youtube and play calming music along with desensitizing music that includes doorbells, vacuums, dogs barking, etc so they are used various sounds they may encounter. We start each puppy on limited leash, and crate training to ease the transitions for adopters and puppies alike. Being as we live in Canada, weather permitting we try and begin the process of potty training outside. All puppies no matter the weather will come home knowing where to potty (ie a designated area) to ease transition to pottying outside.
Our dogs aren't show dogs, but definitely loving family pets. Our adult dogs, are working dogs who enjoy sledding in the winter and bikejoring in the summer months. A couple of our dogs also enjoy agility.
Our goal is not to make a huge profit off our dogs. The "profit" we make off of our dogs goes straight back into our dogs and program. This "profit" covers things from food, and treats to vet care and toys for dogs.

Blue eyes on Huskies is one of their most appealing features, and we can’t disagree that we don’t love a blue eyed husky. The way they look at you with those eyes, it is like they are piercing through to your soul. However, unfortunately, eye color can never be guaranteed. Puppies are born with blue eyes, but eyes can change up to the age of 16 weeks (4 months). We had this experience with our very own Yukon, he had blue eyes until he was 15 weeks old when his one eye started to change and he became a solid blue eye and a parti eye meaning it is 1/2 blue and 1/2 brown. We try our hardest to match your color preference, but we also want to match personality for your lifestyle and family. We do list the Color of eyes on the weekly pictures starting at three weeks, but like stated above eye Color can’t be guaranteed.
We love to offer discounts, to repeat buyers! We also strongly support everyone who is willing to put their lives on the line for the betterment of our communities and world. If you are a current or former member of EMS, Police, Firefighter, and Military either from the United States or Canada we proudly give a discount for you. There is another group of people we feel can get under appreciated from time to time and deserve a discount, that is teachers or anyone working in the school system.
